Hi all! I’m Erica!

I’m a 38 year old wife, mother of two beautiful baby girls, an engineering manager, and an ADHD crafter. The older I get, the more I realize that change is inevitable and that acceptance and understanding is way more valuable than trying to “balance the chaos”.

Embracing that each day, your priorities change and your balance will constantly be challenged is the means to survival. The more I grow in my career, the more I realize that applying my engineering practice against the turbulence of never ending change, is a great way to find my meaning of “balance” and happiness.
